Origami7crane is correct that it’s from the Season 3 finale, “Graduation Part 2”. However, it’s a behind-the-scenes photo, so you won’t find this in the episode. I looked for a higher res version, but haven’t been successful. Best of luck in your hunt.

By the looks of it, with what Buffy is wearing, it looks like it’s from Graduation Part 2, but I know it wasn’t in the episode. Unless maybe this was a flashback of someones, I can’t remember. This is my favorite website for screen caps. http://buffyworld.com/ I hope it helps. :)
